Kate Bell

Kate Bell has been singing for many years and has a vast amount of experience singing in venues across the country and around the world. Kate has a great raporte with her audiences wherever she performs, and always leaves them wanting more.

Kate started singing at a young age with her sisters touring clubs etc. across the North West and North East of England. She eventually joined a new wave band in the 80s where she supported such acts as Depeche Mode and Talk Talk in London.

During the 90s, Kate performed at a nightclub in Liverpool, it was there that she won the opportunity to sing for Great Britain in Tokyo, with a band called ‘Jordan’. This was a great opportunity for her, with the band coming second in the competition, which was hosted by Radio 1.

Kate has also sang in hotels in New York, where she stayed for a four-week stint. She met a performer there on holiday, and went back to do a couple of gigs in hotels with their band. She thoroughly enjoyed it, but family commitments meant she couldn’t stay.
